All materials including but not limited to the course material, layout, design, text, images, graphics (“Materials”) are the property of eGurucool, its affiliated companies or licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not publish, copy, display, distribute, transmit, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any Materials, information, products or services obtained from this Material, except as otherwise expressly permitted under applicable law or as described in these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer of Warranties
eGurucool expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the service or any materials and products. In no event shall eGurucool be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service, the materials and the products.

You expressly understand and agree that:
a. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. eGurucool expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b. eGurucool makes no warranty that:

~ the Material will meet your requirements
~ the Material will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
~ the results that may be obtained from the use of the Materials will be accurate or reliable
~ the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations
~ any errors in the Material will be corrected.

~ at the time of enrollment or within 15 days, provide two self attested recent passport size photographs to eGurucool
~ at the time of enrollment or within 15 days, provide a self attested copy of marks statement of the last board / school examination taken to eGurucool
~ provide a copy of the admit card for the examination, in respect of which the course/s is/are purchased, to eGurucool within 10 days of receipt of the same
~ adhere to the Evaluation Schedule as outlined / defined / provided / mentioned in the course/s. It is clarified that eGurucool shall not be liable to evaluate any submissions, in case it is not received by eGurucool as per the Evaluation Schedule.

Non compliance with any of the above undertakings shall entitle eGurucool to cancel the registration and refuse further delivery of the course/s.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall eGurucool, its affiliates or content providers be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, authorized use, performance or nonperformance of this Material regardless of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify eGurucool, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use.

General Compliance with Laws
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Material.

No Waiver
The failure of eGurucool to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Applicable Law
The laws applicable to the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be the laws of the State of Delhi, India, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to submission of any dispute to the state courts of New Delhi, India.

Trademarks
eGurucool and other marks that appear throughout the Material belong to Learning Universe Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates or third party trademark owners. Except as permitted by applicable laws, you are prohibited from using any of the marks appearing on this Material without express written consent from the respective trademark owners.

Modifications
All the terms and conditions set out herein are subject to change without notice.
