1. How does the programme work?
Once you have been approved, you are issued a username and password
enabling you to access your private affiliate account and all
of the merchandising options (banners/images/buttons etc.) to
place on your site along with newsletters etc. You start linking
to our site and divert traffic. On all purchases, you get to
earn handsome referral fees.
2. How can I join the programme?
If you agree to our terms and conditions, just fill up the form
and send it to us. Our programme manager will get in touch with
you soon.
3. Who can join this programme?
Anyone who has a presence on the web is free to become our affiliate.
Thus if you run a portal, commercial site, general interest
site or even have a personal home page, you can apply to become
our affiliate. However, we personally review every prospective
affiliate to ensure compliance with our requirements. We do
not allow any site that is still under construction; runs/offers
any pornographic material/content and/or indulges in any illegal
activity.
4. What if I have multiple sites?
If you have multiple sites, you must provide us with URLs for
each site you wish to enrol in this programme. You can treat
each site as a unique affiliate and manage them accordingly.
5. Can I refer other sites to become your affiliate?
Yes, infact we encourage you to refer this programme to other
sites that you feel may want to join this network. As per our
current policy, you will not get any commission for any sale
arising from an affiliate referred by you. However, we have
plans to launch an attractive scheme where you will gain from
the sale of courses from your referral.

6. Do I have to pay a fee to become
your affiliate?
No! There is absolutely no cost to you. It is completely free
to join our affiliate network and you may cancel it anytime.
7. How can I link to your courses/content?
Once approved, you will get an email with detailed instructions
on how to link to eGurucool.com courses/content. The email will
also contain your username and password that you will use to
access your affiliate account.
8. Where do I get the merchandising materials?
Your affiliate account carries the detailed instructions on
how to obtain the linking materials and place them on your site.
9. Can I change the logo/text links?
No! All eGurucool.com logos, banners and text links should not
be changed in any way. If they are modified, you may be removed
from the programme. If you have a special request for something,
please contact us at affiliate@eGurucool.com
10. Can I change the referring URL that I receive
from you?
No! It is not in your interest to change the links you receive
from us. Your affiliate information is embedded in those links.
If you make any changes, we will not be able to associate you
with the purchases your customers make on our site. Therefore,
we will not be able to offer you any commission.

Can I put your links and banners anywhere on my site?
Yes. You can put links anywhere on your site. You know your
site and your customers best. Therefore we give you total flexibility
in placement of links and banners.
12. How do I earn money?
You will be paid commission for all successful transactions/sales
from customers you refer to our site. The commission will be
paid on a quarterly basis.
13. What is the commission structure?
The commission structure varies from 5% to a whopping 20%
depending on the value of course and business generated by you.
Thus, when you sell a course worth Rs. 5,000, you can earn up
to Rs. 1,000.
14. Can I earn money on my own purchases?
Yes! Infact, we encourage you to use your links to buy our courses.
You may refer your friends and family members to use links on
your site for their purchases as well.

What if the visitor leaves without purchasing any eGurucool.com
course?
We understand that the purchase decision might take time and
the visitor may not complete the entire transaction in one visit.
Thus, we use extensive tracking methodology and our effort is
to give credit to you for all sales from your customers. We
identify and track the customer by way of a) asking him to register
and then tagging his user account with your name or b) in case
he does not wish to register, we use cookies for tracking his
purchase.
16. Can I run special offers / promotions to
promote sale of your courses?
Definitely. Running special promos will only help in incentivising
your customer to use links from your site to make all purchases
at eGurucool.com.
17. Can I keep track of sales through my site?
Of course yes. We offer real time status and update of your
commissions. Just login to your affiliate account and check
for your commission status. You will also get to see the following
reports: Sales and activity report: CTRs and conversions (sales).
18. Do affiliates get paid for generating traffic?
No, we only pay you for the actual sales and not for generating
traffic or simple registrations.
19. Can I participate if I am not in India?
No, the programme is open for Indian companies/individuals/associations
only.
20. Whom should I contact for any other help?
