Section A
|
Introduction:
In class 9,10 and 11 you have learnt in
detail about translational motion. We learnt the
concepts of linear speed, velocity, acceleration.
But what about circular motion. We come across
circular motion as in the case of the earth
revolving around the sun, a Ferrari in a grand
prix- speeding on a circular track, electrons
revolving around the nucleus of an atom. What
forces are responsible in holding them in their
places? You will be learning all this in circular
motion. |
