Success in Board Exams is about studying smart, not just studying hard

INTERACTIVE COMPUTER AIDED TEACHING
GIVES STUDENTS A HOLISTIC CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE

The NIIT Centres use iCAT (Interactive Computer Aided Teaching) modules that dramatically liven up the teaching process. Using multimedia technology, the teaching aid will reinforce concepts through an interactive process.

Interactive content will enable teachers to simulate different scenarios by manipulating parameters. Simplifying the teaching process in a way that would be difficult to explain through traditional teaching tools.

The entire teaching process happens from an exam point of view. So the students are also tuned to answer better.

STUDENT GUIDE
A REVISION & REINFORCEMENT TOOL

The Guide is a concise version of a textbook, in a Question & Answer format. It makes life easier for students in two ways.

  • It helps them revise easily, as the entire portion is structured as Questions & Answers.
  • It also helps the students inculcate the habit of learning with the exam format in mind.

STUDENT WORKBOOK
A POTENT PRACTICE TOOL FOR STUDENTS

The Workbook has been scientifically designed to help students prepare for the exams through practice. There are 3 parts to the Workbook:

  • WorkSheets - At the end of every classroom session, students are administered a set of Quick Recap Questions, which help them quickly revisit what they learnt during the session.
  • Assignments - This is a Homework exercise for the student. An exhaustive set of questions are developed on each topic based on the CBSE Blueprint. The assignment is then evaluated by the Teacher who provides individual feedback and course correction to the students.
  • Q& A Section - At every chapter-level, select questions are provided with ideal answers which ensure that the students answer in a manner which help them score maximum marks.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
EMPOWERS TEACHERS

Continuous testing of the student's understanding of the subject paves the way for the teacher to judge the progress of the student. The tests include:

  • Regular Chapter/Section-level Tests (based on CBSE Blueprint)
    Ample Full Length Tests.
  • The evaluation of the above tests enables teachers to analyze the performance of students on various parameters which include:
  • Topic-level evaluation (student & class-wise)
  • Learning attributes like Knowledge, Understanding & Application.

The performance Analysis helps teachers identity strengths and weaknesses of the students, (individually and collectively) and provide additional inputs or administer course correction at an appropriate time.
